Gravity
Once again, Chuckles fails to grasp the gravity of the situation.
I was trying to be original but a classmate told me he saw something similar when he googled gravity. I was quite sad. I don't think it was a clown though, just the different use of the word gravity. Oh well. Also! I am afraid of clowns, a fear I thank Stephen King, Tim Curry and the movie Poltergeist for. This was an experiment for me to draw a clown that is not frightening...I present the only clown that doesn't creep me out. Also (sorry this is really long) this is a scratchboard technique Scott Franson assigned us for this Illustration Friday word. I only had 2.5 hours of sleep last night so I did the assignment, saved it as a jpg and then chucked all the painting I did. So now all I have is a 72 res. jpg of this.and I need to print it out for class tomorrow. Poor me. Cheer me up Chuckles.

#1. Nice style.
#2. That poltergeist clown was the absolute freakiest on the planet and still messes with me.
#3. I remember them days...'oh I won't need this again' and trash/copy over/delete...hopefully you get over it quicker than I did...and did I mention the time a student wiped out my portable hard drive and I lost over half of my work never to be seen again...
Cool style!
I hate when that happens. Definitely a very cute clowns! They generally scare me too.
Nice take! And a clown that's not too scary...I don't even like to think of the name Penny-you-know-what. Yeah, I can't type it, either. (shudder)
I think he'll be okay if he rotates upside-down. Nice wood-cut emulation!
I like it. One of the best ones this week.
Your clown is fun, and the style is cool.
But, shouldn't he be in mid-stride... just to make it look like he walked off the cliff. :) like Wyle E. Coyote (who I actually considered doing for this one...)
And I kinda wish the clown's face had more of an expression.
But it's pretty great as it is.
I love it. Ah how movies mess with our minds....
